Weekly Menu Planning

I am planning to start a weekly Menu Plan (Mon.-Fri.). This will help on budget and not having to try and guess each day what we should have for dinner. I know I missed Monday this week, but I am starting today thru Friday and will have this posted each Sunday evening.


20-Minute Chili (4 PointsPlus/Serving)

Side Salad w/Light Dressing


Garlic Lime Chicken

Mashed Cauliflower

Green Beans


Shepherd’s Pie (w/Mashed Cauliflower) (3 PointsPlus/Serving)



Chicken Cordon Bleu (7 PointsPlus/Serving)

Steamed Broccoli

Whipped Butternut Squash

I will add the PointsPlus to each menu item momentarily.
